Blaze LTE PRO GTM Strategy + Launch

Blaze was launching its most ambitious product lineup to date -- grills, griddles, and refrigeration hitting the market simultaneously. As the lead on GTM strategy, I developed the positioning framework and worked cross-functionally with creative, sales, and marketing to bring it to life as one cohesive plan. It became the brand's most successful product launch on record.

    • Authored a comprehensive launch strategy brief covering positioning, messaging, and activation plans across ecommerce, PR, dealer communications, social, content, and influencer campaigns.

    • Ran internal product training sessions with the creative and marketing teams to ensure they understood key features deeply enough to translate them into accurate and compelling storytelling.

    • Coordinated creative production timelines across white room photography, lifestyle shoots, and campaign assets, keeping all deliverables on track across multiple workstreams.

    • Oversaw packaging development and final design approval for the new product line, ensuring physical presentation aligned with the premium positioning of the LTE Pro Collection.

    • Developed a sales training deck to introduce the new products and explain how they fit within the broader Blaze lineup, presented to both internal teams and external dealers and distribution partners to ensure everyone selling the product had a clear and consistent understanding of the line before it hit the market.

    • Developed and distributed dealer launch communications covering all go-live assets including imagery, spec sheets, one-pager sales materials, video, and dimensions sheets, giving distribution partners everything they needed to sell and display the products confidently from day one.

    • Led a full product catalog update to incorporate the new LTE Pro Collection with updated positioning, ensuring the line was accurately and compellingly represented across all print and digital catalog touchpoints.

    • Collaborated with the creative team to redesign the Blaze homepage to feature the new products more prominently and clarify the overall product lineup for consumers, ensuring the site experience reflected the updated brand positioning and gave the new collection the visibility it deserved.

    • Managed the full rollout cadence from dealer announcements and teaser campaigns through launch day execution and sustained post-launch marketing support.

  • The launch became Blaze's most successful product introduction on record, driving significant incremental revenue and strong pre-order and stocking commitments across key dealers and distribution partners. All creative assets were delivered on time and on brand. The shared plan rallied creative, sales, and marketing teams around a single vision and established a GTM model now being used as the standard for subsequent Blaze launches.
