When the senior leader overseeing Blaze's tradeshow booth update was let go before execution could begin, I stepped in and took ownership of the project. Working from the strategic direction she had outlined and building on it with my own decisions, I served as the strategic lead and project owner across multiple shows, delivering a booth that was meaningfully elevated from what existed before and well received by both the internal team and the sales organization.

Picked up the project mid-stream and built out the full execution plan, taking the original strategic direction and making independent decisions on signage, collateral, product inclusion, and finishing details to bring it to life.
Served as the strategic lead and approver on booth design, working with the lead designer on product groupings, category organization, and ensuring the layout reflected business priorities and sales team needs.
Incorporated updated brand elements including a new overhead sign and backlit walls that reinforced Blaze's brand messaging and premium positioning.
Provided strategic direction on product selection, reducing the number of products on display in collaboration with the designer to create a cleaner, more intentional booth experience that made it easier for dealers and prospects to engage with the line.
Coordinated with the sales team to ensure the booth represented their priorities and the products most relevant to their conversations at each show.
Developed B2B focused signage to support dealer recruitment and encourage new dealer sign-ups directly at the booth.
Managed collateral planning including determining what needed to be printed, ensuring new products were represented, and making sure everything was ready and on-brand before each show.
Selected swag and managed all finishing details including furniture, plants, and aesthetic elements that contributed to the overall booth experience on setup day.
Built a repeatable process and RACI for tradeshow execution, creating a system the team could use for future shows without starting from scratch each time.
Worked with external partners and vendors throughout production and was present for booth setup at the shows.
Captured social content at the booth during the show to fuel Blaze's organic channels, ensuring the brand had real-time, authentic coverage of the tradeshow experience.
Audited competitor and peer booths at the shows to identify inspiration, best practices, and opportunities to differentiate Blaze's presence in the space.
Ran a retrospective on the booth to capture learnings and ensure gaps informed next year’s approach.
Applied learnings from the first year's retro to the following year's booth, adjusting the layout and developing new signage to fill gaps identified through the process, demonstrating the value of the repeatable system built the year prior.
